How we differ from our competitors

• Legal fees of 0.75% as opposed to the market norms of 1 to 2 %.
• No charges to the buyer on finding property. We only charge commission from the seller. Typically 3% the norm is 5%.
• Office-free and minimal overhead. We work from home, in apartments we bought and renovated.
• We work on selling property and not having it sitting on our books for long periods.
• Walk the streets with us, point out the buildings and the areas you like, we will do the door knocking and find out who wants to sell and at what price!
