Eugoeast was set up in 2002 by UK investors, Gordon Cross and Douglas Erskine looking to maximize the opportunities in emerging property markets in Central Europe.

Initially focusing on individual apartments for their own personal investments the company has since found and transacted a number of properties for friends and associates.

The company has now decided on the basis of that knowledge accrued over the last 4 years to compete with the larger players offering property investment in Budapest.
